In the role of Executive Coordinator for Phillips Foundation, Pamela Bilodeau brings a unique blend of C-level support experience encompassing project management, finance, marketing, communications, customer service, information technology, and business development. Pamela brings 20 years of experience providing confidential, efficient, and effective assistance for presidents and executives in all types of corporate matters.
Originally from Calgary, Canada, Pamela has served in roles as Controller, Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator for a sales consulting firm; Account Representative for an oil and gas technology firm; Executive Assistant for the President of one of Canada’s largest energy trust companies; Executive Assistant to the President and the VP Finance of a major international oil and gas company; and Promotional Development Analyst, Controller and Systems Administrator for a prominent architectural firm. Pamela is a Business Administration graduate of St. Peters College, Saskatchewan Canada.
Pamela’s philanthropic efforts through Rotary Club of Calgary Olympic have driven significant results over four years with the ACHIEVE Gala Benefit Dinner Auction which had raised several million dollars and benefitted more than 15 nonprofit and charitable organizations. Also, three years’ service to the Calgary Health Trust benefitting the Rockyview General Hospital raising $1M annually by the Rockyview Invitational Pro Am golf tournament.
She has acted on many internal corporate committees and external volunteer boards, councils, groups and ministries. Shecurrently represents her Greensboro community as a YMCA coach, middle school volunteer, community board member and high school committee member. Pamela supports the Guilford County community through providing coordination on behalf of Phillips Foundation’s strategic grant making, original programs, and other operations.
